Wonderful! Sitting with the sensations of stillness and spaciousness holding the movement within it but somehow not containing it. Expansive, liminal, neither one or the other. Both. Thank you!
The past few days, my life has literally been filled with dichotomy, explicitly trying to point out and enjoy the gradients--break through the binary! from conversations to personal awareness. Your timing and meditation, per usual, sont parfaits. I hope you are doing well and staying warm; thank you! ♥️
I remember the first time I heard the sky + wind analogy and my mind was blown (lol, see what I did there). Like "YES! That's totally what it feels like!" 😀❤️
You blew my mind with "stillness isn't the absence of movement, it's the space that holds it. And movement doesn't break the stillness, it is the shape inside of stillness."
So happy I'm tapping into your newsletters, miss you! Passing a hello forward from Michele as well. :)
Thanks for your guided meditation….As you instinctively know, in the meditative state, you can invoke also the natural healing energies of the human body-mind and its surrounding environment, at all levels, on you own behalf and that of all beings…

I’m holding onto the image in my mind of the wind blowing (movement) across the sky (stillness) … ahhh … AND letting it go. Yes.
