I enjoyed the meditation because I struggle with chronic fatigue as you know. This meditation was very simple and easy for me to do, because i really didnt have to do anything. Thank you for doing these sessions. Would it be possible to incorporate this into my sadhanas that I practice?

Yes for sure! You can start with this, then move into your sadhanas, and at the end of the Sadhana, where you rest in the nature of awareness, move back into this state of ease. It's one and the same :)

Sorry I had to miss the meditation, but I'm doing my own little non fabrication meditation with the not-quite-full moon tonight. I feel like I've been fighting the river for so long that I'm not quite sure what it would feel like to stop doing that. And yes, I can make it cute, dammit.

Excited to join the meditation tonight! Thank you for this post. How is it that all so tired but still trying to make tired cute? Just exiting a fatigue-laced summer. I hope you do too.

I'm convinced girl beings have the superpower of making any terrible thing cute if they need to 🤣

I wish I was able to make it to the last meditation! Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well, and I'm glad that you're reading the signs and taking care of yourself. I was cute for a minute in my late 20s/early 30s, but that ship sailed long ago; now exhaustion, I understand! 😂
